It was a gag that I was going to send to my son-in-law who’s leaving on a cruise in three weeks. instead it arrived imprinted with my name and address. That was not made clear that it wasnt “blank” to fill in for your recipient. When I actually ordered it, I did not find anything on your site where I could fill in the recipient. Oh well.

Are all pranks 100% anonymous?
Yes! All of our pranks are 100% anonymous and have a fake return address. None of your personal billing info will be anywhere on the prank. Please reach out if you have any questions or concerns.
Can I cancel my prank order?
Yes, if you decide you no longer want us to mail out your prank order, please let us know ASAP. To maintain our high customer service rating on Etsy, we mail out orders as quick as possible so your recipient receives their item in a timely fashion. Once a shipping label is created, the USPS is in possession of the order and we DO NOT have control from that point. Reach out to us ASAP if you have any questions or concerns about your order or if you would like it to be cancelled BEFORE it is fulfilled by the USPS.
Can I send multiple pranks to 1 person?
Yes, as long as you place them as separate orders! We cannot mail multiple pranks if they are placed in the same order.
Are the pranks meant to be funny?
Yes, all pranks are intended to be harmless and funny! They are all silly and very unserious.
