No problem! Our goal is to make sure YOU are happy and totally in love with your purchase! For standard orders, 3 rounds of proofs are included (First proof, plus 2 revisions). For custom designs (where additional fees are applied for custom work) we include 5 rounds of proofs. Nothing is printed without your approval.

This will depend on the sticker shape and design you were interested in. If you are able to expand/view the "Item Details" portion on each listing, you will see all of the sizing, quantity, and ordering information for that particular design.

Proofs are provided within 3 business days of purchase (if requested), business days are Monday - Friday. For instance, if you ordered on Friday, this would mean by Wednesday of the following week :)

Orders are printed and shipped 1 business day after approval. If we do not receive communication from you within 48 hours of the proof being sent, we will ship the order as-is. If you purchased a RUSH order, unacknowledged proofs will ship 24 hours after the initial proof is sent. These policies are to avoid unnecessary delays. We know many of you are working on tight schedules.

Generally this request can be accommodated (ie. "Love is sweet" is shown as the design listing, but you need this to say "Thank you for coming!"). Additional fees may apply. Please contact us prior to checkout and we will let you know 1. if it is possible and 2. if there would be additional fees to adjust the specific design. Our designs are typeset and some are hand lettered. Please understand it takes time for us to adjust the text in these cases, and any additional fees charged would be to cover that time spent on your custom creation :)

We are available Monday - Friday 8am - 3pm. We try our very hardest to reserve weekends for family time. If you have sent us a message Friday afternoon, please hang tight until Monday. We will respond as soon as we are back in the studio! During business days (M-F) our goal is to respond within 24 hours.

If you selected “Yes” to Proof Needed, a digital proof will be sent to you within 3 business days (Mon–Fri) from the order date. We require a response within 2 business days of receiving your proof, either with approval or revision requests.

To avoid delays in production and delivery, any orders without a response after the 2-day timeframe will be produced and shipped as-is.

Please note: Not all listings include a proof option. Proofs are only provided for listings that feature a “Proof Needed?” dropdown menu at checkout. Wine labels and holiday items do not include proofs unless specifically requested.
