From Stuck to Sticking With It
I’ve always been business-minded, but I struggled to stick with different ventures because none of them felt like they truly helped people in the way I wanted.
Back in 2016, I hit a slump. I couldn’t bring myself to do much, and every day felt heavy. I’d start things but rarely follow through. UNTIL I put a calendar on my wall and began tracking three simple habits: Write, Workout, and Meditate.
It wasn’t about writing a book, doing an intense workout, or meditating for an hour. It was about consistency; just five minutes a day. I made a deal with myself: I couldn’t call it a bad day until I did those three things. Having that calendar front and center kept me focused, and over time it became second nature.
Those small habits snowballed into bigger ones. I started writing more, working out more, meditating more and before long, I had built a foundation of habits that changed my life.
Eventually, I wanted to track other habits, so I began drawing little icons for each one. One day I thought, “It sure would be nice to have a sticker for this.” But when I looked online, I couldn’t find any. So, I decided to make them myself.
Now, I’m excited to share this simple but powerful system with others. I truly believe these stickers can help people change their lives the same way they changed mine—one small habit at a time.
