Processing Times
All items are made to order and personalised.
Orders are usually processed and dispatched within 1–3 working days. During busy periods this may occasionally take slightly longer, but we always aim to dispatch as quickly as possible.
Please ensure that all personalisation details and spellings are correct when ordering, as items will be produced exactly as submitted.
Shipping
Orders are sent via Royal Mail 2nd Class as standard.
Estimated delivery times after dispatch are typically 2–5 working days, however these are not guaranteed as they depend on Royal Mail’s service.
If you require your order sooner, you may upgrade your postage at checkout to a faster service (such as 1st Class or Tracked delivery).
Please note that once orders have been dispatched, delivery times are outside of our control.

If personalisation details are missing or unclear, we will contact you before making your order.
Returns & Exchanges
Due to the personalised nature of our products, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges unless an item arrives damaged or incorrect.
If there is an issue with your order, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and we will do our best to resolve the problem.
Lost or Delayed Orders
Royal Mail delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed.
If your order has not arrived within a reasonable timeframe, please contact us and we will assist by:

Submitting a Royal Mail investigation if required
Where appropriate, we will arrange a replacement or refund in line with Royal Mail guidelines.
Order Changes
If you need to amend or cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible. Once an order has been made or dispatched, we may not be able to make changes.
