2. If the package you receive is not what you ordered, please provide a photo of your order and what arrived in the mail. Within the first week of arrival, and we will send you the correct order at no additional cost.
2.a.If you place an order and wish to cancel it, please do so within 24 hours OR before we ship it (we are very fast!), and we will refund your money.
2.b.Any order that is successfully shipped once it physically arrives to the customer and you still wish to return it (although we do not accept returns) you will be charged six dollars ($6.00) of the total purchase for service and shipping costs, which even if you don't see it Sticker Factory PR will pay for it.
2.c. If you wish to make any changes to items already on the page you must contact us BEFORE placing an order. You cannot place an order and then send a message making changes as your processing may be affected and not go out on time as it will take much longer to go out.
2. d. If the shipment arrives damaged due to mail handling, you must go through the USPS with the tracking number provided and file a claim with the post office.
All claims must be made within THREE 3 days OF RECEIVING YOUR PACKAGE.
CUSTOMIZED ORDERS (Production takes time to avoid delays follow the instructions)
If you want a customised item, these are the instructions:
1. Contact us to make an agreement to see if we can make it for you.
2. Place the order and in the SAME ORDER leave a short message with what we have already agreed to make it.
3. If you make an order and do not leave a message in the SAME ORDER of the changes already communicated and put us in mutual agreement, it will be processed as it comes out in the order and we are not responsible for shipping processed as we see in the same order.

As individual sellers, once we dispatched the package, we don't have control over postal service and cannot influence speeds/processes.
As long as the shipment is in transit to the destination, or until it is declared lost by the Post Office service, we cannot refund you the amount. Please keep that in mind before purchasing.
