It took a little while to get here but given the state of the world, I have no complaints— it was also packaged very well, absolutely no damage despite the distance and time it traveled. 5 out of 5 starsI waited at least a good MONTH before writing a review because I wanted to give my honest opinion! The customer service was not too bad. Response time was not as quick but for me, not a huge issue personally, but for someone else it could be! Shipping time was as expected! But the packaging could use some work for sure! It was shipped in a tube with a lot of extra space on both sides, allowing a lot of movement for the decal and caused both side of the decal to become smushed and crumbled. The decal itself was very BEAUTIFUL and was custom made as discussed between me and the seller and I was VERY HAPPY with how it turned out!! - The transfer paper however was not the greatest!! :/ I had quite a bit of issues getting the decal to transfer off the paper! It would not come off easily like other decals I’ve installed.
