Why does my order show delivered but I can't find it?
Etsy uses Pitney Bowes as the shipping provider for letter mail and it is not true real time tracking. It is basically a stamped envelope. 99% of the time after being marked as delivered it arrives within 1-3 business days. If some reason after a week it doesn't arrive I can resend the order.
Your letter mail option will come in a brown craft envelope via mail box.
Upgraded shipping options will come via white rigid mailer.
Do you offer upgraded shipping?
Yes! We have 3 shipping options. The first one is basic shipping which is considered letter mail and can take 1-3 weeks to arrive.
The next option is ground shipping which says 2-5 business days.
The last option is priority which usually says 1-4 business days.
Please note once it is in usps hands we cannot control any delays that maybe on usps end.
Do you give discounts on "Bulk" orders?
Bulk order pricing starts at 100 pieces minimum.
When will my order ship?
During peek seasons for us like major holidays and summer time we may need the full 7 business days processing time. Larger orders also need more time to be made. If you have a time sensitive order please reach out via chat and upgrade your shipping at check out. During normal time when we do not have a high volume of orders your order will ship prior to the full processing time usually 1-4 days.
Are your stickers waterproof?
Our ink is waterproof and are printed on high quality water resistant vinyl. We also laminate the stickers and magnets with a UV water resistant laminate. We still don't recommend submerging the sticker for better long lasting wear.
Are your magnets good for cars?
NO! Our magnets are not suitable for cars our outdoors. They are thin and flexible and great for stationary objects like lockers, white board, fridges filing cabinets.
