Payment is taken via our secure PayPal credit card service and is required immediately at checkout. Please note that you do not need a PayPal account to use this service, you can simply pay by a card as a PayPal ‘guest’. We do not handle your card details ourselves at any time.

As all items are made to order, please allow up to 2 working days for dispatch. Large orders, or orders made at particularly busy times (e.g. Christmas) may take slightly longer (please contact us if in doubt or if you require your product urgently).

First class - 1 - 2
Express next day - if ordered before 12 midday and the item does not require a proof, it will be dispatched the same day to arrive the next working day.
Europe - 2 - 5
Rest of world - 5 - 10

CUSTOMS AND IMPORT TAXES:
Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. We are not responsible for delays due to customs and we are not liable for any customs or import taxes that may be due. If the customer forfeits the payment or does not accept the package due to the customs charges then the items will be returned to our warehouse. We will refund the cost of goods minus the shipping and any charges incurred while in transit.
It is the responsibility of the customer to be aware of their own countries rules and regulations regarding imports from the UK.

LATE/ LOST ORDERS
Although it is extremely rare that orders go missing, we fully appreciate that a late delivery can be both disappointing and frustrating. We use Royal Mail for all our deliveries, and as such are bound by their policies and procedures. If an item does go missing, we are obliged by Royal Mail to wait 15 working days for domestic orders before pursuing a claim. If, after this time, your item has still not arrived, we will pursue a claim with Royal Mail. If you think your item has gone missing then please contact us.

In the unlikely event that a packet arrives damaged, please accept the delivery and take a photo of the packaging. Please send this photo to us as a message and we will review your delivery, and will typically arrange for a replacement to be sent out to you as soon as possible.

RETURNS
In the event that you are not happy with your purchase once it arrives please message us within 30 days of receipt of goods stating the reason you are intending to return the item. We are unable to accept any returns after this point.

Our products are not indestructible so please treat them with care, we are not able to offer replacements or refunds for any damage caused by not following the application/care guide correctly, normal wear and tear or abnormal use. With respect to our decorative products, we advise that an adult is always present to oversee application.

For non-faulty products we will ask you return the product to us in the original packaging. Unfortunately, we are unable to reimburse you for the cost of returning non-faulty products. Certain items may also attract a re-stocking fee, which will be deducted from the refund amount. Please note that the original shipping cost will not be refunded for any non-faulty products. Any authorised returns must be returned in full, and in the original, resellable, condition.

The exception to the above are personalised or customised products. Unfortunately, because these products are made to order we are unable to refund or replace goods unless there is a fault with these items. Please, therefore, be especially careful with spellings online for customised products, as you would not be eligible for a refund or replacement of products where errors occur from a typing error you may have made on the internet.

We recommend you obtain a proof of postage when returning goods to us to cover yourself in the event that the goods are lost in transit. Once we receive your returned goods a refund will be issued in accordance with above policy within 14 days of receipt of the goods via the original payment method.

FAULTY ITEMS
Where returns are requested in the event of a faulty product, a full refund or replacement will be offered. Please note that in order to authorise this we will require evidence of the fault (via a digital picture). After authorisation, we may ask you to return the product to us in the original packaging (at our cost) so we can investigate the issue to make sure it won’t happen again.

In the event the order has been returned to us due to an incorrect delivery address, or not collected after delivery is attempted, a re-delivery charge will be required if you would like the order resent. If the items are non-personalised and you would prefer a refund, we will be happy to do this, but the delivery cost will not be refunded. Some items will also attract a re-stocking fee.

Stickerscape’s wall stickers are made in the UK from the highest quality, ultra-thin removable vinyl. Each sticker can be quickly and easily applied to walls, doors, windows or any other smooth flat surface, with full application instructions included. Please note a lot of our designs are made up of several separate stickers (to give the best finished effect on the wall).

Our wall stickers are also easily and cleanly removable from painted walls. Please note that Stickerscape’s wall stickers are designed to work most effectively on normal matt painted walls – if you have a different paint finish and would like advice on suitability of our wall stickers then please get in contact with us prior to purchase.

APPLICATION GUIDE
We know it’s tempting to just get sticking, but please do read these important guidelines before application!

-Do apply stickers to smooth internal doors, windows, mirrors or regular painted walls.
-Do allow a three week drying period before applying stickers to freshly painted walls.
-Do not apply stickers near direct heat sources e.g. radiators.

Step 1: Cut out individual stickers from the main sheet. Plan your design and consider the order in which to apply overlapping stickers.
Step 2: Put the stickers onto a flat surface, and use a plastic card to press the transfer paper to the sticker.
Step 3: Carefully and slowly remove the backing paper (fold it right back over itself, peeling it away parallel to the sticker).
Step 4: Holding the sticker taut, apply it to the wall and press it down firmly with a plastic card. Ask a friend to help with larger stickers.
Step 5: Wait for about 5 minutes, then peel the transfer paper off (again, fold it right back over itself, peeling away parallel to the wall).

Removing your wall stickers
To remove: Carefully lift a corner and slowly peel the sticker off. If your wall sticker has been up for a little while then you may need to use a hair dryer to gently warm up the sticker to help remove it. This allows the adhesive to soften making clean removal slightly easier.

IMPORTANT SAFETY NOTE: Please note that our stickers are decorative items and not toys. Once applied, they should be out of the reach of children under 3 years old (be especially careful that a small child cannot reach them from a crib, cot or bed) to avoid any possible choking hazard.
