Matteo Aprea (hereinafter “Sticky Shell”), with registered office at Via Terenzio, 14, 04100 LATINA, Tel. +39 327 6605962, email: info@stickyshell.it, as the data controller (hereinafter the “Controller”), informs you that your personal data will be processed in compliance with the applicable legislation and in the manner and for the purposes specified below:

1 – SUBJECT AND NATURE OF THE DATA PROCESSING
The Controller, within the scope of its activities, processes your personal data (in particular, name, surname, tax code, VAT number, email, phone number – hereinafter “personal data” or “data”) collected when you voluntarily enter such data into the data collection form available on the website.

2 – PURPOSES OF THE PROCESSING
Your personal data will be processed for the following purposes, with respective legal bases:
2.1 Performance of contract – compliance with legal obligations (Art. 6 letters b and c GDPR).
Your personal data are processed for the following purposes:
a) to fulfill pre-contractual, contractual, and administrative-accounting obligations;
b) to comply with legal requirements, regulations, EU legislation, or orders from Authorities.

2.2 Based on your consent (Art. 6 letter a GDPR).
Your data will be processed for the purpose of sending informational and promotional communications, including newsletters, via SMS and/or email, relating to initiatives by the Controller and/or its controlled or affiliated companies (Marketing purposes).

2.3 Legitimate interests (Art. 6 letter f GDPR – recital 47).
If you are already a customer, we may send you commercial communications about services and products similar to those you have already used, respecting your interests and rights, unless you object by contacting us as indicated in section 7.

3 – RECIPIENTS OR CATEGORIES OF DATA RECIPIENTS
Your personal data may be disclosed to third-party recipients to fulfill contracts or related purposes. Specifically, data may be communicated to:

Professionals and consultants in legal, fiscal, and labor matters;

Banks;

Competent Authorities for compliance with legal obligations and/or public authority directives (e.g., Revenue Agency);

External parties who manage, support, or assist the Controller in service delivery, IT system administration, and telecommunications networks (including email).

These recipients may act as Data Processors or independent Data Controllers. The list of Data Processors is continuously updated and available at the Controller’s registered office.

4 – METHODS OF PROCESSING
Data processing will be carried out using manual, IT, and telematic tools, as well as organizational and processing logics strictly related to the purposes above, ensuring security, integrity, availability, and confidentiality of personal data.

In accordance with Art. 5(1)(e) of EU Regulation 2016/679, personal data will be stored in a form that permits identification of data subjects for no longer than necessary to achieve the purposes for which the data were collected.

5 – DATA PROVISION
Please note that, considering the purposes in section 2.1, providing your data is mandatory; failure, partial or incorrect provision may result in the impossibility to process your request.

6 – TRANSFER OF DATA TO THIRD COUNTRIES AND/OR INTERNATIONAL ORGANIZATIONS
Personal data provided for registration in the customer area will not be transferred outside the European Union.

7 – DURATION OF PROCESSING
Personal data will be retained for the duration of the contractual relationship and, in case of revocation or termination, for the periods required by law (e.g., tax obligations).

For marketing purposes, data will be stored until consent is withdrawn or for the period established by law or regulatory authorities.

8 – RIGHTS OF THE DATA SUBJECT
You may exercise your rights at any time as outlined in Articles 15–22 of EU Regulation 2016/679, in particular:

Right of access to personal data;

Right to rectify, erase, or restrict processing;

Right to object to processing; right to data portability;

Right to withdraw consent (withdrawal does not affect lawfulness of processing based on consent before withdrawal);

Right to lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority (Data Protection Authority).
