* Can I request a custom or personalized item? — Yes! If you’d like a custom size, color, or personalized design, just send a message before purchasing so we can discuss details.
* How long does a custom order take? — Once we agree on design and details, I’ll send a timeframe in the private listing (usually days/weeks).
* How do I order a custom version? — Use the “Request Custom Order” button on our shop page or message me directly with your wishes. We’ll confirm the design, finalize the price, then I’ll create a private listing just for you.
* Are custom orders refundable or returnable? — Custom-made or personalized orders are final, we usually don’t accept returns, since the item was made specifically for you.

Where are the measurements listed? — Each product listing includes full dimensions (height, width, depth/diameter, etc.) in the “Product Details” section.

What materials are used? — I clearly list the materials used (resin, additives, finishes) so you know exactly what you receive.

Can I use the product for different purposes? — Yes — where applicable I’ll note the intended uses (e.g. display piece, functional item, décor, etc.) and whether the product supports weight / usage changes (for stands, holders, etc.).

How should I care for my item? — Each listing includes recommended care instructions (e.g. wipe clean with a soft, damp cloth; avoid harsh chemicals; keep away from direct sunlight / extreme heat or cold — depending on the material).

Is the item food-safe (if applicable)? — If an item is food-safe (like trays, plates, etc.), I will clearly state that. If it isn’t, I will also clearly label that it is for décor only.

Does resin/décor require special handling? — For resin or handmade items, I note any precautions (e.g. may scratch, avoid heavy impact, handle gently) when relevant.

Do you offer gift wrapping or special packaging? — Yes. I can wrap items as gifts or use secure, high-quality packaging to make sure your order arrives in perfect condition. (If you want gift-wrapping, please add a note at checkout.)

Will items be protected during shipping? — Absolutely — all pieces are carefully packaged using bubble wrap / padding / protective materials so they arrive safe and undamaged.

Can I include a gift message or note? — Yes — if you are buying as a gift and want a message included, just write your message in the “Note to Seller” box at checkout.

Do you offer wholesale or bulk order pricing? — Yes, I do consider wholesale or bulk-order requests. Please send me a message with your desired quantity, product(s), and shipping destination so we can discuss pricing and turnaround.

Is there a minimum quantity for wholesale? — Minimums depend on the product type — after you message me I’ll let you know what the minimum quantity would be for a wholesale discount.

How do payments and shipping work for wholesale orders? — For wholesale orders we’ll confirm total cost, production time, and shipping method before payment. Once confirmed, I’ll generate an invoice for you.
