5 out of 5 starsI put shipping at a 5 star despite Baphomet's ("Antoine" as my wife has dubbed him) late arrival because StitchCraft was so wonderful as to not only remake the whole plush in less than a week when the initial shipment was lost, but also kind enough to deal with the nightmare that is USPS during the holiday season multiple times, and always responded within 24 hours of me requesting updates. The product is fantastic, and my wife appreciated it to no end as a mid-February Christmas gift, but I could not possibly give this seller too high of praise with not only how much they went through to get this to me, but also the time frame in which they did it!
