Payment

Payment accepted through Paypal only. This can be done using Paypal directly, or by using a credit/debit card through the Paypal system.

I allow three days for payment. The transaction will be cancelled after this time, unless the customer has contacted me personally regarding a delay with suitable reasons. No items will be shipped before payment.

Shipping

All products are made to order, so please allow 1-2 weeks manufacturing time before shipment.

I will keep the customer informed at all stages of this process. You will be notified when manufacture is complete, and when the item is shipped.

UPDATE: As a standard, delivery DOES NOT include parcel tracking. If you would like parcel tracking added to your delivery costs, please let me know when placing your order or before, and I can give you prices for the extra service!
