Frequently asked questions
What do I receive and which formats are included
Digital files for machine embroidery. No physical items are shipped.
Included formats: DST, EXP, HUS, JEF, PEC, PES, U01, VP3, XXX.
I did not receive a download link
Etsy stores your files in Your account > Purchases and reviews.
Make sure you are logged into the same Etsy account used for the purchase.
If you checked out as a guest, look for Etsy’s email with the download link or message me and I will resend the files.
I cannot download from the Etsy app
Use a web browser instead of the Etsy app.
iPhone iPad: open Safari or Chrome, log into Etsy, go to Purchases and reviews, download, then open the ZIP in the Files app to extract.
Android: download in Chrome, then open the ZIP with Files by Google or My Files to extract.
How to unzip the ZIP file
Windows: right click the ZIP > Extract all.
Mac: double click the ZIP to extract.
iPhone iPad: Files app > tap the ZIP to extract.
Android: Files app > tap the ZIP to extract.

My machine does not recognize the file
Load a format supported by your machine model.
If needed, tell me your brand and hoop size. I can provide the correct format quickly.
I need a different size
Sizes are shown in the listing photos and description.
If you need another size or a hoop friendly variant, contact me before purchase. I can often provide an adjusted size.
Commercial use
Individuals may sell finished items they stitch themselves using these designs.
Mass production and any redistribution or resale of the design files are not allowed.
Hand embroidery
These are machine embroidery files. No hand embroidery instructions or PDFs are included.
Colors look different
Thread colors can vary across formats and software. Feel free to change colors to match your project.
Refunds and replacements for digital items
Due to the nature of digital files, refunds are not automatic. If you have any issue downloading or opening a file, contact me and I will fix or replace the file so you can complete your project.
Duplicate purchase: if you accidentally buy the same design twice (even from different accounts), send me both order IDs and I will refund the duplicate without any problem.
