A Background in Photography and A Desire to Serve My Fellow Creative Biz Owners!
I started Stitch & Shutter Leather Goods (the name comes from my two main concentrations in school: Fabric Design & Photography) as a sort of New Year's Resolution for 2013. I had recently moved from Pennsylvania to Colorado after graduating college and I desperately needed to get back to constantly creating. In 2016 I was able to go full-time running my leather goods company and now I want to show up for other creatives in ways that I know (from experience!) we can all use!
So, I created Stitch & Shutter Stock- a beautiful place where you can find styled stock photos for your Instagram, blog, website, or other social media platforms for affordable prices. All single images are just $6!
Since I have a degree in photography, I have always shot my own product photography and stock images for social media and web use and it occurred to me that A) that's a SUPER time-consuming thing! and B) not everyone has the time or the ability to create the types of images they're dreaming of sharing. That's where Stitch & Shutter Stock comes in. Get quality visual content without investing a ton of time or money. After all, those are such precious commodities for small business owners and entrepreneurs.
