Can I return a K's Creations frame that arrives damaged?

K's Creations frames carry a lifetime warranty. If you receive a damaged frame, it will be replaced at no cost to you.

Does StitchVine pay shipping for returns on K's Creations products?

The purchaser is expected to pay for return shipping if a return is granted (returns are not accepted in my store) since I have already paid to have the product shipped to you upon purchase.

Can you show me how to set up and use the Z Frame with Clamp?
