Our fonts & designs ARE NOT auto-digitized like many other shops on Etsy. What does that mean? Each letter and design has an underlay, density specifically chosen for each component, edits made to each letter/design for optimal stitchout and designs are tested before we sell them. If you are unhappy with anything or have any issues, please contact us!
Please test the files before you use them on a project! File corruption when downloading through Etsy is an issue unfortunately. Corruption can damage the file itself and affect stitchout. File corruption is usually visible in computer embroidery software if you preview the files. We are happy to email the files to avoid this issue. Just ask! It affects less than 5% of downloads.

Do you offer Custom or Personalized Embroidery Designs?
We are happy to consider custom designs if they can be sold to any customer.
We do not merge letters or create custom names as free software is available for that purpose. If you need more information on free software options, please contact us.
Do you offer refunds or exchanges?
Due to the digital nature of our items, we do not offer refunds or exchanges unless you accidentally purchase the same item twice. In that case, we are happy to refund or replace a duplicate purchase.
