- Custom or personalized orders
- Perishable products (like food or flowers)

- Intimate items (for health/hygiene reasons)
Returns and exchange details
If you receive an item and you are not satisfied for any reason please contact me immediately. We can work together until you are happy with the product.
If you'd like to return/exchange an item, please email me within 14 days after your shipment date and wait for my detailed instructions before returning the item. Note: shipping charges are not refundable.
Payment
Stone & Paper accepts PayPal, money orders and personal checks. . PayPal is quickest and remember that you can use PayPal to pay with your credit card without having a PayPal account. I ask that you pay immediately, but no later than 48 hours from the time of purchase. If payment is not received within 48 hours I will cancel the order.
Your item(s) will be shipped within 2 days as soon as payment has cleared.
I will hold shipment for personal checks until the check has cleared

If paying by check, I will ship your order when the check has cleared.
