🦋 Do you offer custom orders?
We accept custom orders for size variations of current products
A $20 service charge applies to custom orders or any size with the exception of our personalized items

🦋 Do you offer discounts or coupons?
We currently don't have any coupons running at this time however we do offer sneak peeks of new products, behind the scenes, and the occasional discount exclusively for our followers on our Instagram account

🦋 Do you offer bulk pricing?
Yes, we do. Please message us for rates. Our bulk order discounts begin at 500 units or more.

🦋 When will my order ship?
Stones + Paper is a full-time Etsy and E-commerce business. We ship every day! Orders are processed in the order that they are received.

🦋 Will my order arrive according to Etsy's estimation?
Unfortunately, those dates are just that- an estimation. Etsy can't account for any delays or possible service disruptions. For the most current and up-to-date information on your parcel, use your provided tracking info directly on the carrier's website.

🦋 What if they don't fit can I return them?
We're sorry. We do not accept returns or exchanges.
Measurements are included in all descriptions and we have instructions included in the listing and listing photos for your reference.

🦋 I received a message that my order was shipped but it still says "pre-transit"?
Your item was indeed shipped. We schedule pick-ups with both of our carriers to retrieve our parcels every day. There are times the parcels are not scanned when using the USPS. According to our mail carrier it is very common for them to not be scanned until they reach our main sorting facility.
This is most often no need for concern.
If it has been a few weeks and you haven't received your item, please reach out. Most packages are delivered within a week or so

🦋 My order was marked delivered but I can't find it
Sometimes USPS packages can be marked delivered but not show up until a few days afterward. Follow these easy steps to find your package
1. Check with family members and neighbors
2. If you were unable to locate it please call your local post office. They will be able to verify the GPS coordinates to where the package was marked delivered
If either of these steps has resolved your issue and you suspect mail theft please file a report with your local law enforcement and also report the theft to the Postal Inspection Service at 977-876-2455
Mail theft is a federal crime and needs to be reported
