So the customer service was incredible!!! I received a box for our 5th anniversary present for my husband. I requested something custom and she sent it back within a day exactly what I pictured in my head. On the inside of the box when I got it delivered, there was a mistake, and the incredible seller IMMEDIATELY messaged, apologized, and eased my concern by assuring me she would send a finalized picture before it sent. I cannot recommend this enough! Here it a picture of the beautiful outside. I can't WAIT to show the final product with the inside filled with my plans!!! Thank you SOOO much ❤️
