1 out of 5 starsAbsolute Sauerei, Shirt kommt nicht an, Verkäufer antwortet kaum und immer erst auf mehrere Tage späteren Nachdruck. Auf meinen Wunsch Ersatz zugeschickt zu bekommen wurde nicht eingegangen. Ohne vorher etwas schriftlich zu klären wurde jetzt über einen Monat nach Kauf der Betrag erstatt. Absolut nicht zu empfehlen!

Hallo Christoph, scheint ein klassischer Fall von missglückter Kommunikation sowie impulsiver Entscheidungen zu sein. Auf unser Angebot einer Nachlieferung bist du direkt eingegangen, ist auch unser erster Fall eines Nichtankommens. Dass dies zweimal bei der selben Person passiert macht uns zwar stutzig, aber ein drittes Mal senden wir dann auch nicht mehr raus und erstatten daher. Sollte wohl einfach nicht sein. Dennoch alles Gute!
