Where is your jewelry made?
Our jewelry is handcrafted in Mexico, in partnership with artisans from Guerrero. Each piece is made in small batches using traditional silversmithing techniques shaped by the region’s Pacific Coast heritage.
Is your silver sterling?
Yes. All Storm & Sol pieces are made from sterling silver (925) and crafted to be worn often and kept for years.
Will you restock designs?
Many of our designs are made in small batches and may be restocked depending on artisan availability. Because we work closely with individual makers, some pieces are produced in limited quantities and may not return once sold out.
How should I care for my silver jewelry?
Sterling silver naturally develops a soft patina over time. To keep your pieces looking their best, store them in a dry place when not in use and avoid prolonged contact with water, perfumes, lotions, and household chemicals. Gently polish with a soft cloth as needed. With simple care, your jewelry will age beautifully and last for years.
How can I change my shipping address?
Filled out a wrong or outdated address upon purchase? Please contact me as soon as possible after the transaction has been confirmed, this way I can change the address on the shipping label before your package ships out.
If the order is already shipped, no changes can be made to the address on the package. Keep in mind you as a buyer are responsible for providing a correct address upon purchase.
