i dont know for customer and i like to report the tiv 2 looked like it has no hatch on the top and the mesont did not have the back spickes and also two things it had was flaps and the left and right spikes

The item took 2 weeks to arrive, there was cardboard showing, the black tape didn't cover the cardboard and there were gaps in the tape. my son could blow it with his breath. He was very disappointed since he had saved up for this.

Shipping took 2 weeks due to carrier transit times, which is within the estimated delivery window shown at checkout.
