5 out of 5 starsI ordered 3 of the imperfect prints and for two of them I couldn’t even tell you what’s wrong that’s caused them to be discounted. They look perfect. The third had something printed on the back (which won’t even be seen once it’s on the wall) but other than that I can’t see anything wrong with it. Will definitely be purchasing more from this seller in the future to complete my lotr locations

Returns and exchanges
I’m happy to accept returns and exchanges on purchased products. Please note, however, that return postage costs are the responsibility of the buyer.
Once I receive the item back in its original condition, I will issue a full refund for the product price (shipping costs are non-refundable). If an item is returned damaged or not in its original condition, the buyer may be responsible for any loss in value.

Why is my tracked package to the US/Canada/ non-European countries, taking so long?
Parcels to non-European countries such as the US, Canada or Australia, are taking from 4 to 8 weeks. The main reason is that its passage through customs is longer than usual.
When it comes to the lack of updates on the tracking information, it is very common for the US, mainly, to not update the tracking information once the parcel passed customs. Thus, once the parcel has left Spain/the UK, there might be no more tracking updates until you receive the package.

I only offer tracked delivery, although you may opt for express or standard non-tracked delivery too upon messaging me before or after your purchase.
Please be aware that if you choose standard delivery, I cannot be made responsible of the loss or damage of your order once sent. When choosing tracked or express shipping I am able to handle these situations through the post service. However, standard delivery doesn’t offer this choice, meaning, I won’t be able to refund you in case of loss or damage of your package if you choose standard delivery.
