5 out of 5 starsThe customer service I received was incredible! The owner spent so much time to make the books extra special by adding my own personal touches. Such patience was shown to me. After my several requests, I was given options from mock books to choose from. I was worried I was a bother yet Liu made sure I knew that they wanted it to be perfect for me. And PERFECT it was. I love the personal message I was able to leave. I love the personalized sweet stories. I love the illustrations. It’s a beautiful gift for any baby..or parents to be. I highly recommend this store and will come back to buy again.
