How long will take to receive my order?
Orders are shipped on Mondays and Fridays weekly, so your item should be shipped within 1-5 business days. Once your item has been shipped, it should take 2-10 days Domestic to reach your doorstep.
International Orders will take much longer. I can not guarantee how long they will take. They vary between 2-10 weeks. They also might take a bit longer for me to get out due to them needing to be taken directly to the post. If you need an item urgently feel free to message me!
PREORDERS vary depending on the listings estimation. I cannot send an item out that I do not have in my hands. Once I receive them from production, they will be shipped out.
What does PREORDER mean?
A PREORDER means that the item is still in production. It guarantees you that you will get the item in case it sells out before it is in stock.
This type of order takes longer than orders that are in stock.
Do you offer custom items / commissions?
Yes, depending. The best way is to message me here or on my Instagram to inquire about commissions for digital art or items.
Do you ship worldwide?
Yes, but that unfortunately EXCLUDES EU countries due to recent policy changes outside of my control.
