We sincerely apologize the (2) 24” straps did not work out to hold your mattress topper as you wanted. We did offer to make longer straps free of charge so that you would be able to use them comfortably and we also gave you a full money back return as this purchase did not meet your satisfaction. We also did not require you to return the straps as you may use them for so many other things. Our straps are made using quality, commercial grade materials (EPDM Rubber and Industrial grade hook and loop and commercial stitching).
