Why does my shipment not include a tracking number?
The reason why there may not be a tracking number on your order is because orders under $10.00 that include "Free Shipping" is shipped via USPS Standard First Class Mail Letter, which does not include tracking.
Why does my “cake topper” item not include a stick?
All items sold are stated as paper cutouts only and a cake topper is just one of the many uses the item can be made into. Being able to ship the pieces flat allows for shorter turnaround times, as well as savings on shipping costs.
