I have been a professional visual artist for over 20 years and run my arts practice from my studio's in Melbourne, Australia and sometimes from Paris, France.

I am a multidisciplinary artist who works in a variety of media including: Painting, Sculpture, Drawing, Photography, Surface Design, Collage, Mixed Media, Installation, Video & Virtual Worlds. At Strazz I offer you an alternative and more affordable way to experience my original art & design. All of my vibrant 'limited edition" home-wares and decor items are created, using only, high quality materials, archival papers and luscious textiles.
The source, for all my textile surface designs and Giclée Art Prints, are created in my studio by hand, in (Australia or Paris) using my original artworks and photographs. Hand drawing, painting and making collage is all part of the creative process.

Throw Pillows/Cushions and Tote Bags are custom- made to order & sent from California, USA. Depending on your location, Art Prints are created and sent from, Melbourne, Australia, California, USA, or London, England.

HOW ARE YOUR ITEMS MADE.
The original artworks and surface designs, are firstly, created on canvas, paper, linen or board. I use a variety of tools and mediums to resolve my piece. This may include: artists' oil & acrylic paints, inks, mixed media, pencils, pens, brushes, rags, brooms and fingers. I sometimes incorporate found papers and objects, mixed, with my own hand painted papers and dyed textiles. My original artworks can take days, even months to create.

Recycling in my work is most important to me. Many of my found objects and papers are sourced from the streets, advertising and packaging. Wherever I go, I pick up street litter, torn posters, papers and objects to create with.

My finished artworks are then arranged to find the best area, backgrounds and light, to take photos with my Nikon D3200 camera and the smaller works are scanned. The photo's and scans taken from the original artworks are uploaded into Photoshop where I get them print ready at highest resolution for digital printing.

The surface designs are created in my studio in (Australia ) then, ethically produced by my digital printing partners in Melbourne, Australia, California, USA. and London,England.
