5 out of 5 starsThe first package got lost in USPS world. George went above and beyond, even though it was due to no fault of his own. He had another desk mat produced and rushed that whole process through, then HE paid expedited shipping to ensure it delivered in time for my son’s birthday. The level of care and concern and dedication to making this right for me was top notch. Customer service is a lost art, but he definitely made an impact and made my day. The process was stress free, he is such a kind person. I 100% back this company and will recommend to anyone I know needing these types of products.
