1 out of 5 starsDid not include the actual Vtuber model in original download, different pricing on the official site of creator was an odd thing to note. Emailed the company of official site, was sent the proper link, (thanks i guess) along with an abhorrent unprofessional spamming of messages demanding removal of my review. I've now adjusted my review to match my experience. (The art is good quality, but missing files and unprofessional behavior when getting this issue resolved is what determined my overall rating)

That’s why we responded immediately to your email and provided direct access to the file you needed.
