Natural Variation means the boards are not stained. I specifically pick boards that are from different wood species and naturally weathered colors that contrast nicely together. The boards are sealed with a clear coat finish which deepens the natural color of the boards.

Yes. Contact me for a quote if you want personalized wording, logos, wedding info, names, or more, on your item(s). I can create mockups for you to approve before placing your order or production begins. I do not engrave on pallet wood due to the nature of the wood I work with, different thickness on the boards, and texture of the boards, engraving is best for store bought wood. I create templates based on your design and paint or stain the colors onto the pallet boards. Some custom or personalized items may not be eligible for return or exchange. I go to great lengths to ensure your satisfaction and the item is as shown in the mockups provided beforehand.

Shipping is included in the listing price within the U.S. with the exception of medium to large orders shipped to Hawaii, Alaska, and Puerto Rico, via UPS.

Yes. Everything sold by Streetwood Design comes with a 1 year limited warranty as long as it is displayed indoors. This applies to manufacturer defects, not customer misuse. The nature of reclaimed wood (i.e. nail holes, imperfections in the wood, knots, variations in color, and the like) is not considered manufacturer defects. Structural integrity failing at the joints would be considered manufacturer defects. Streetwood Design items are for indoor display only. If you display them outdoors, they are not covered under the limited warranty. The outdoor elements eat wood items for breakfast, lunch, and dinner, every day. The rain, sun, temperature, and humidity, are very hard on wood crafted pieces.

Yes. Some custom or personalized orders may not qualify. Returns or exchanges are accepted within 14 days of receiving your order. If you request a return, you will be responsible for return shipping and a full refund will be issued upon receipt. If you request an exchange, you will be responsible for return shipping and shipping the new item. If it is damaged during shipping or there is a manufacturer defect, you will not be responsible for return shipping, and it will be replaced at no charge to you.

No. Everything handmade and sold from Streetwood Design is made for indoor display. However, I can make them for outdoor display. They are made differently, and that comes with additional cost, and it will not be covered with the 1 year warranty I offer for indoor display items. I typically discourage outdoor display for wood crafted pieces. The outdoor elements are very hard on wooden items. The humidity alone will cause the wood to expand and contract on a daily basis weakening every structural joint over time. Consider wooden fences, and decking, and the condition of that wood over time in the outdoors. They ultimately will need to be replaced or repaired due to being in the outdoor elements.
