5 out of 5 starsAbsolutely exceeded my wishes for this cuff! Tracy had a wonderful packaging and presentation and inspirational messages and notes inside the boxes. Then, I get to the silver.925 bracelet and the hammering texture is unique and well done! I got a 6 mm thickness and intend to wear every day and not take it off. Its extremely comfortable and feels like it belongs on my wrist. I'll definitely be back to your shop!!! Thank you so much!

The added note cards that came with the order were so touching they made me tear up, he loved the cuff and put it on immediately! Great communication, and fast delivery.

Can you provide a proof of what the piece will look like before I order?
My pieces are made to order using a hand-stamping process. I am not able to provide proof of what a piece will look like before it is made.
Please look at all of the product photos and read the item details for each piece.
Each letter, number, character & image is hammered into the metal one at a time. Spacing will vary slightly from piece to piece.
International Shipping
I am currently only shipping orders within the United States and Canada.
Orders outside the U.S. may take up to 3-6 weeks for delivery, after being shipped.
Due to the unpredictability of CUSTOMS, international packages cannot be guaranteed by a certain date.
We follow government laws and state TRUE RETAIL PRICE on packages. If they are returned due to UNPAID DUTIES the original shipping costs will not be refunded. A 50% return fee will be charged for all personalized pieces. A 30% return fee will be charged for all other items.
How long does it take for my order to ship?
Production time varies depending on the time of the year and the number of pieces I have to create. It is typically 8 business days (M-F) but it can be as much as 2 weeks before shipping. US shipping times vary from 2-5 days. International shipping can take 2-4 weeks.
Can you expedite my order?
Production time is approximately 8 FULL BUSINESS DAYS (Busniess days are Monday - Friday and do NOT include Holidays) before shipping. If you need it sooner, you can order the "production rush" in addition to the cuff. That will get it shipped in 2-3 business days.

Please be aware that the “rush” is for making the item only and does not include expedited shipping.
If you would like to upgrade to priority or express mail, you will have that option during the checkout process.
Do you accept returns on your custom and personalized items?
Unless there is a mistake on my part, All PERSONALIZED and CUSTOM items are a FINAL SALE and cannot be returned or exchanged.
This includes items that are hand stamped or with custom text, dates, or images, as well as pieces that are cut and sized per the customers' instructions.
Details about sizes, text layout, metals, dimensions, measuring, care, etc. can be found in the product photos and description.
As a small business, each piece is made with care and time devoted to each order. WE DO NOT OFFER FREE REFUNDS OR REPLACEMENTS FOR ITEMS CREATED PER THE CUSTOMERS' DIRECTIONS.
All return/exchange shipping fees are the responsibility of the buyer.
