1) Who handles your data?

Etsy handles all personal data related to your purchase, account, and payments.
I do not collect, store, export, or otherwise process your personal information outside of Etsy.
Any data you provide is processed solely within Etsy’s platform under Etsy’s own Privacy Policy and Terms.

2) What information do I personally keep?

None outside Etsy. I do not download, copy, or transfer customer data from Etsy to any external tools, spreadsheets, or email lists.
Communications occur only via Etsy Messages. I do not move these messages off Etsy.
I do not operate a newsletter, mailing list, or off‑Etsy website for data collection.

3) Purpose of processing (within Etsy only)

I access order details inside Etsy only to:

deliver your digital files,
answer your messages, and
provide customer support


I do not use your information for off‑platform marketing or profiling.

4) Payments

All payments are processed by Etsy or Etsy’s payment providers.
I never see or handle your full payment details (such as credit card numbers or bank information).

5) Data sharing

I do not sell or share your data with third parties.
Information may be visible to Etsy as needed to operate the platform or if Etsy requires it to meet legal obligations.

6) Data retention

I do not retain personal data outside Etsy.
Any order info or messages remain only within Etsy and follow Etsy’s retention practices. I do not export or back them up elsewhere.

To access, correct, delete, or restrict your personal data—or to manage cookies and marketing preferences—please use your Etsy account settings or contact Etsy Support, since Etsy is the data controller for your purchase and account.
If you contact me via Etsy Messages with a privacy request, I will assist by directing you to the appropriate Etsy tools or support channels.

8) Children’s data

My products are intended for a general audience of adult buyers on Etsy. I do not knowingly collect any children’s data.
