What are color options?
For custom orders you can choose color of wood, whether it be stain or paint, and colors of string. Photos of available colors are on each individual listing.
Why don't you allow returns or cancellations?
Each board is custom made and one of a kind. It takes my time to design and make it and so unless something is terribly wrong or I make a mistake, there are no returns or cancellations.
Why is shipping so high?
Shipping is higher because a lot of the boards are large and the nails make them pretty heavy. I use USPS and priority mail so that the packages are insured.
What is your turn around time?
Turn around time is 2-3 weeks on made to order items and 3-5 business days on ready to ship items, however I always try to get them out as soon as possible!
Why don’t you have more than one of each pumpkin set?
Most of my pumpkin sets are one of a kind because they are made from recycled fabrics. Sometimes I am able to find more than one of the same pattern, but it’s rare, and even then the pumpkins may look slightly different once made. Very rarely I will find multiples and in that case, I offer Pre-orders.
When are your pumpkin restocks?
I have a restock once a week starting in August and going into October. Usually the restocks are Wednesday at 8pm CST unless I need to reschedule it for some reason. You can always get updates about restocks on my social media accounts. @strung_on_nails on Instagram and Strung On Nails on facebook.
Why do you only have one set of each sweater tree cone design?
I use mostly recycled fabrics, so I usually can only get one set of trees made from each sweater. Sometimes I purchase new fabrics and in those cases I can get more sets.
When are your sweater tree cone set restocks?
Restocks start in November and go through December. I usually restock Wednesday’s at 8pm cst but sometimes reschedule. I always announce restock days on Instagram @strung_on_nails and Facebook at Strung On Nails
