Custom and personalized orders

Shoot us a message – we take on custom orders on a case-by-case basis dependent upon current order volume and request feasibility.

Gift wrapping and packaging

If you're having your order shipped directly to a gift recipient, we'd be happy to include a note on your behalf. Just mention it in the Notes to Seller during checkout.

Rush production

We have the capabilities to do rush production on stamp orders. Rush orders can be produced by the next business day and cost an extra $15 on top of the product cost. Send us a message and we'll get you set up with a reserved listing and ETA.

Errors in the text provided by the buyer for stamp production

If you've received your stamp and realized that you gave us the wrong information (it happens from time to time), we offer 50% off if you choose to re-order the same item again with the revised text on it.

To help keep errors to a minimum, you can request a proof in the "Notes to Sender" section of the check-out process. If there is an error, please send me a message after you receive your order, and we'll work together to remedy the problem.

Missing packages

In the rare instance that a package has been shipped, but never ends up getting delivered: If the tracking is marked as 'delivered' the proper stolen package paperwork will need to be filled out for the USPS and any other related agencies by the buyer. East Grove Stamp Co is not responsible for your package once it is marked as 'delivered' by the USPS. If the USPS cannot locate your package, we are willing to send one replacement package on the condition that the buyer pays for the replacement shipping.
