Studio 901 Goods does it's best to accurately portray the colors of our items. Different substrates will take color differently, meaning it may vary from what you see on your monitor. Printing on white tends to bring out more vibrancy and color. Natural and off-white tones backgrounds will create a more subdued print.

All of our Studio 901 Goods products are *printed* using eco-friendly water-based inks directly on the item (DTG printing). This gives us a rich realistic color on high-quality natural materials (cotton). We do not use vinyl or sublimation.

Studio 901 Goods loves to do customized and personalized orders. Please look at the instructions for each item listed for customization/personalization options. Feel free to reach out to our team with any additional custom questions.

Note: We do not put any of our personalized items into production without your approval. Our design team will reach out via Etsy convo with a proof prior to us creating any custom piece. We will attempt to contact you directly through email if we can’t get a response via Etsy convo. If we can not get an answer on approval of your custom item we may opt to cancel the order and issue a refund.

Please view care instructions in each item listing. All of our items are created using DTG printing - which means direct-to-garment printing. Giving you the ability to wash and use all of our items.

Unless you indicate otherwise, orders will be shipped to the address you gave when submitting your order. Please double check it for complete accuracy prior to submitting an order (note: many shipping errors result from missing apartment numbers). As we generally ship quickly, in many cases it may be too late to make a change. Anything returned to us due to an incorrect address will result in new shipping charges for redelivery which will be the responsibility of the buyer. There will be no shipping refunds on missing packages due to an incorrect address.

Flour sack towels are made using unrefined cotton fibers which may be inconsistent and include a mix of random colored threads woven into the towel as well as slub weaving. These are to be expected and part of the charm of a real flour sack towel. Studio 901 Goods does its best to minimize how these characteristics affect the design placement. Please be aware that flour sack towels are not known for being perfect.

Studio 901 Goods is not able to change art on an item. Your order will be customized with the art as shown. We are not able to make color changes to all or part of the art. Nor are we able to customize the art by adding or deleting part, or changing expressions on any animals. What you CAN customize is the text.

Studio 901 Goods is not able to create a custom towel for you using a photo of your dog.

✉︎ Studio 901 Goods prides itself on creating a high-quality handmade product from our studio in downtown Memphis. We produce and ship all of our orders via the U.S. Post Office using First Class Mail Package. With the ongoing post office delivery challenges, there may be additional transit time that our delivery estimates may not cover. S901 has no control over this third-party service, and can in no way give you an "arrive-by" date guarantee for any order. As soon as your order ships you will receive an automatic shipping email from Etsy with a link to track. We recommend you use the tracking link to sign up for automatic updates to the delivery of your package. Note - the tracking number via USPS will give you the most updated info.
