🕒 Processing & Shipping Information:
Orders will be processed within 3-5 business days, excluding weekends and holidays. Please plan accordingly to allow for both processing time and USPS transit time. Be aware that USPS may experience delays, and StudioA2H cannot guarantee specific delivery dates. I do guarantee that all orders will ship on time or earlier, but once an order is with USPS, delivery times are out of my control. No refunds will be issued for late deliveries caused by USPS delays.

📦 Shipping & Delivery:
Please note that any delivery date provided by Etsy or USPS is an estimate. StudioA2H is not responsible for any delays caused by USPS, customs, the global pandemic, or the holiday rush. However, we guarantee that your order will be shipped by the date listed on your order confirmation.

If your order is returned to me due to an insufficient or incorrect address, I’ll be happy to resend it once a new shipping label is purchased with the correct address.

For International Orders, shipping times may vary due to customs processing, and unfortunately, I cannot estimate shipping timeframes.

🛠️ Production Times:
My production hours are Monday through Friday, from 8 AM to 4 PM CST. Messages may be delayed over the weekend, but I try to respond as quickly as possible.
