My order of a custom loft ladder for my small timber frame cabin in the countryside was an exceptional process from start to finish. Quick communication, good suggestions, and the ladder arrived on time, well packaged, and was easy to assemble. I was very impressed by the quality of the wood used and the craftsmanship shaping the various pieces. They fit perfectly. The ladder itself is extremely heavy and robust, and feels very safe.

This is a very high quality ladder. Solid construction, stylish design, and beautiful finish. Packaging was heavy duty and secure. You get what you pay for, and I'd high recommend these ladders for anyone who wants a high quality piece of furniture to last in their house. I would 100% buy another one.
