Studio Chora's stone and plaster composite products are compressed and burnished to a natural finish. The finish may be cleaned with a wet rag or mild cleaning product. A bee’s wax will maintain the tactile surface texture and bring out natural color variation in the plaster. Please note, if any appear, micro hairline fissures are not damage. They are superficial resulting from temperature changes during the setting phases. The water resistant finish is not affected and a light coat of bee’s wax will fill the hairline fissures—if not embraced as part of the wabi-sabi aesthetic and philosophy.

Wholesale and trade discounts are reserved for high volume orders with 5+ items in a single order, or for those who place multiple orders a month. Discounts are not available for single purchase orders. If applying for a wholesale or trade account, please provide your company's website and a valid Tax ID.

Return Shipping Fee:
-A restocking fee of 15% of the item price applies.

-Buyer is responsible for return shipping charges and will not be reimbursed for the original shipping cost.

Contact to initiate the returns process within 3 days. Items may be returned or exchanged in perfect condition up to 7 days after the initial receipt for a full refund, less initial shipping costs. Buyer must pay return shipping fees.

*Custom orders are not eligible for return.
