Delivery

The digital files will be ready to download once the purchase is completed.
In case of purchasing Templett or Canva design you will receive an email from Templett shortly after the transaction is completed. Please follow the steps to access your design.

How long do I need to wait for your reply to my enquiry?

I'm always trying my best to reply to messages straight away. In some cases it may take up to 24 hours. I sell my products worldwide and the time change may cause little delays.

What do I need to use digital background?

In order to use digital background the buyer needs to have knowledge in using photoshop. I do not offer instructions on how to use them.
