1 out of 5 starsThe item itself is lovely and arrived quickly but I had a really poor and disappointing experience with this purchase. Firstly, the item does not come with an LED transformer or regional socket connection. It was not made clear in the listing that these would be required and I had to pay for and fit both myself separately. Secondly, none of the four cables attached directly to the piece were marked up with connection types (positive or negative), so there's no way of knowing how to wire up the connections safely to avoid damaging the LEDs. I was in communication with the seller regarding the above but they stopped responding back in December. It's been left unresolved and after nearly 2 months of waiting I've given up. For £700+ I expected much much better.
