To ensure your item is created exactly as requested, please double-check all spelling, dates, names, monograms, and customization details before placing your order. Because each item is made specifically for you, Studio Four Designs is unable to accept returns or exchanges on personalized items.

Absolutely! I am happy to provide you with a computer generated proof of your name/monogram at your request*, once the item has been purchased. I will make a change at a second request. Upon the third request and after, I will charge $5, per request.

*A proof request MUST be noted when ordering- even if a proof was discussed in conversations

If you would prefer to have a sample made before your purchase, there will be a $5 listing charge set up prior to the sample being created.

Monogram will be cut in the order provided as fLm (if there is ANY confusion prior to placing your order please contact me).

Production time is typically 7–10 business days (Monday–Friday) and does not include weekends, holidays, or shipping transit time. Please allow an additional 3-7 days for shipping, depending on your location and the shipping method selected.

If you need your order sooner than the current production timeframe, a Rush Order and/or Expedited Shipping upgrade may be available. Please contact me with the item(s) needed, your required delivery date, and your ZIP code. I will provide a quote for the most economical option available to meet your deadline.

Once a rush quote has been provided, please note the cutoff date and time by which your order must be placed to ensure delivery by your requested date.

Rush Orders & Expedited Shipping

Need your order by a specific date? Please contact me before purchasing. Rush Production and/or Expedited Shipping may be available for an additional fee. Rush availability is not guaranteed and depends on my current production schedule.

Rush Production: Guarantees your order will ship from Studio Four Designs within 2 business days of purchasing the Rush upgrade. This moves your order to the front of my production queue but does not change the shipping method.

Expedited Shipping: Upgrades your shipping service (such as USPS Priority or FedEx) to reduce transit time after your order ships.

Please verify that your shipping address is correct before placing your order. Orders are shipped to the address provided at checkout. If you discover an error before your order has been processed, please contact me immediately. Once an order is placed, I am unable to change the shipping address. In these cases, the order will need to be canceled and refunded so that it can be repurchased using the correct address.

Shipping charges are based on the size and weight of your package. These charges include USPS postage as well as the packaging materials used by Studio Four Designs to ensure your items arrive safely and securely.

Please note: Orders shipping to APO/FPO addresses require Priority Mail service and may incur additional postage costs. If your order is being shipped to an APO/FPO address, I will contact you if any additional shipping fees are required.
