• How long will it take if I place an order today?
Production time is normally 7-10 BUSINESS DAYS (Monday - Friday)
This DOES NOT include weekend, holidays or shipping time.
This varies depending on the time of year and number of orders received per day -

The following shipping times are provided by USPS.
GROUND ADVANTAGE : 2-5 Business Days (not guaranteed)
PRIORITY SHIPPING: 2-4 Business Days (not guaranteed)

I offer FED EX and UPS for additional fees if you wish to upgrade your shipping- please contact me prior to placing your order

Once payment is received and ALL information is given and/or clear your order can be processed! Missing detailed information WILL DELAY your order. Please check your ETSY convo and your email as that is the communication areas that I will reach out to you if needed. Your ship date will be extended after three tries with no reply.

While I always process orders in a timely manner, any order needed prior to the stated turn around time, will need to request a RUSH and/or EXPEDITED SHIPPING fee. Please provide the item/s needed, date needed by and your zip code. I will price out the most economical way to get your item to you at your requested deadline. Once a quote is provided, please note the cut off day/time that the order must be placed in order to meet your deadline.

Pease convo me if you need something by a certain date. RUSH and/or EXPEDITED SHIPPING are BOTH available at an additional fee. RUSH is not always available, so please check BEFORE purchasing.

What is the difference between RUSH and EXPEDITED SHIPPING?
{ RUSH ORDER }
This GUARANTEES your order will ship FROM my shop within 2 BUSINESS days of the purchase of a RUSH listing. Purchasing the RUSH listing moves your order to the top of my production line.
{ EXPEDITED SHIPPING }
Items are priced at Standard USPS which can take anywhere from 2-9 business days. Dependent on your ZONE is how long shipping typically takes. EXPEDITING your shipping could be through PRIORITY or FED EX, this must be done through a custom listing from me.

{ PROOFS }
• I am happy to provide you with a sample of your name/monogram at your request*, once the item has been purchased. I will make a change at a second request. Upon the third request and after, I will charge $5, per request. Unfortunately, I am unable to go back and forth changing/and or adding things to a proof without charges. Proofs are time consuming and I am not able to continually make adjustments and fill all the other orders.
• A proof request MUST be noted when ordering- even if a proof was discussed in conversations
• If you prefer to have a proof made prior to purchasing your item, there will be a $5 listing provided foryour to purchase.
