Aesthetic but also practical, suitable for Olympic chessboards. They do not need leads at the base, even if they are not made of wood and therefore relatively light. You play with them and then leave them in plain sight in the living room (then everyone has their own tastes, but so far no one in the family has protested). The chessboard in the picture has 5.5 cm squares and it had been a while since I wanted to take pieces appropriate to its size. Attention: the Queen does not sting but should not even be delivered to children under 5 years (and, I add, her crown should not be mistreated). I gladly spent on this design. The artist's signature is under the base of each king.
