PayPal is very sensitive to this issue, and thinks the item was made in Iran. I make everything by hand, in Virginia. Paypal does not have the manpower to check every transaction, therefore they assume it was made there. and it falls under the embargoed category. thank you.

About shipping: I ship your orders quickly, providing you with a tracking number. My responsibility ends there. I am more than willing to help you track your shipment, but there isn't much I can do beyond that. If you do not receive your order because of delivery issues, you can take it up with Etsy customer service. We pay Etsy fees to help you in these cases. Etsy has a guarantee, so they will take care of you, even reimburse you for the full amount I believe. Don't quote me on that, but please check with Etsy. You may also ask your local post office for help.
Furthermore, I cannot be held responsible for shipping mishaps in other countries, especially in New Zealand and Australia. Please keep that in mind. We cannot send "Signature Required" outside of USA. United States Postal Service makes that rule, not me. Sorry for the inconvenience.
