Took awhile to receive but they did contact me, letting me know the situation and why it was late, product came in good condition and I really loved it

I received it and was very happy to see it. But... a arm arrived broken. To be expected of such thin arms. So I am not mad. But I would recommend raising the price for this particular item to try and use other packaging so it doesn't jostle around in transit and break. Loved it otherwise.
