Natalie, the owner, went above and beyond. She even helped research our family background when we weren’t sure about an existing coat of arms. In the end, we decided to create our own, and she made the entire process so easy and enjoyable. She sent previews along the way and made sure everything was perfect. Truly such a thoughtful and seamless experience. I couldn’t recommend this shop more!

Custom and personalised orders
Custom and personalised orders aren't eligible for returns. Allow a couple of days after ordering for the item to be sent to production while your personalisation is designed.
The colour doesn't match my expectations
Please be aware that colours change depending on your screen settings and that while every effort is made to accurately describe the colours of your product, there may be deviations in the end product.
We are not responsible for this and returns will not be accepted for dissatisfaction with the end colour.
Can my product be exchanged?
No - as each product is made especially for your order, exchanges are regrettably not available.
Can I return my purchase?
Returns are only accepted for material defects or manufacturing issues with the product - or if the product you receive is not what you ordered. Sadly returns due to not liking or no longer needing the item are not accepted.
Are cancellations allowed?
Yes - but only up to 1 hour after you submit your order. After this time orders are automatically sent to our manufacturing partners and cannot be stopped.
Can I change the delivery address after I've ordered?
Orders can be cancelled or edited up to 1 hour after purchase. After this time the order is processed by our manufacturing partner and is not able to be changed in any way.
What does printing on cotton twill look like?
Printing on cotton twill fabric produces a beautifully crisp yet slightly textured result, thanks to the fabric’s signature diagonal weave. Colours appear rich but slightly muted, giving designs a soft, natural, and elegant look rather than a glossy or overly saturated finish. The twill structure adds depth and dimension, helping patterns stay sharp and detailed while maintaining a warm, organic feel. Because the weave is denser than plain cotton, fine lines hold their shape well, and the fabric’s strength ensures the print remains durable and beautifully balanced even after repeated use and washing — perfect for home décor pieces like table linens, napkins, and cushions.
What should I expect a woven blanket or cushion to look like?
Your woven product is created by weaving coloured yarns together, not printing ink onto fabric — so the artwork becomes part of the blanket itself. This process gives it a beautiful, textured, tapestry-style look with a soft, slightly dithered finish rather than sharp printed edges. Colours appear rich and blended, though bright tones and fine details will look much more muted or gently softened. For blankets, the reverse side shows a mirrored version of the design, adding to its artisanal charm. Cushions are double sided. Each blanket or cushion has a tactile, heirloom quality with natural depth and character that makes every piece unique.
What happens if you need to check something about my order?
If I ever have a quick question or need to confirm a detail about your order, I’ll send you a message on Etsy. I’ll wait up to 48 hours for a reply before going ahead and sending it to production just as it was submitted — that way, your order still stays on track and doesn’t get delayed.
More Information About Our Cotton Twill and Polyester Twill Pieces
Our table linens are made from 100 % cotton twill — a smooth, medium-weight fabric (around 203 gsm) with a soft drape and subtle diagonal weave. It’s strong enough for everyday use yet flexible enough to hang and fold beautifully.
Before printing, the cotton twill is treated to help it absorb colour evenly and achieve vivid detail. This pre-treatment can make new pieces feel a little firm when they first arrive, but the fabric softens naturally after a couple of washes.
Each piece is cut and sewn directly from the printed fabric rather than using imported blanks. Every runner, napkin, or tablecloth is made to order using Studio Nineteen Home’s own designs.
The polyester blank pieces are sourced from China, as is the cotton fabric.
