HOW TO DOWNLOAD FILES WITHIN YOUR ETSY ACCOUNT
Your files are always available in your etsy account and you can download them as many times as needed. Here are the instructions to download the files:
1. Sign in to Etsy on your mobile browser or a non-mobile computer.
2. Go to "Your Account" and open "Purchases and Reviews"
3. Look for your purchase and click "Download Files".
4. Save the downloaded files to your computer before printing.
You will need Adobe Acrobat Reader to view the tutorial. If you don’t have Acrobat Reader, you can download it for free from Adobe at http://get.adobe.com/reader

If you checked out as a guest, you'll find a link to download your purchase in the receipt email that was sent to you after purchase.
