Studio Robin B began with a quiet love for the shore.

For as long as I can remember, I’ve been drawn to the horizon — that soft place where the sea meets the sky. There’s something about it that slows everything down. The colors are gentle, the light is always changing, and for a moment the world feels calm and simple.

Painting became my way of holding onto that feeling.

Each piece I create is an original painting, built slowly in layers of soft blues, grays, and light. I’m not trying to paint the ocean exactly as it is — I’m trying to paint the feeling of it. The quiet, the breath you take when you look out at the water, the sense of peace that settles in. Or the sense of awe when the sun kisses the water at sundown.

I sell all of my paintings framed so they are ready to hang as soon as you get home! Some frames are simple, lightweight and some are collected, vintage frames.

Studio Robin B is really about creating small moments of calm inside a home — a painting that makes a room feel softer, quieter, and more peaceful.
