How do I access my digital files?
After purchasing, you will receive an automated email from Etsy containing the download information. If you cannot find the email, please check your Spam, Trash, Social, and Promotions inboxes.
Alternatively, if you have an account with Etsy, you can click on 'Your account' (top right corner of the page), ‘Purchases and reviews,' and then ‘Download Files’ (to the right of your order). You can also copy and paste this link: www.etsy.com/your/purchases.
Please make sure to use a web browser (vs. the mobile app) to download your files, as this is a requirement by Etsy.
What is the difference an instant download and an editable template?
An instant download is a ready-to-print file. These files cannot be edited by the buyer. If you would like edits made to these files, please reach out to us to see how we can best accommodate.
An editable template is able to be personalized by the buyer after purchase. You are free to edit these files any way you like. We use two programs for our editable templates, Canva and Templett.
1. Canva requires you to have at least a free Canva account to access your files.
2. Templett only requires a Templett access link. This access link will be emailed to you by Templett NOT Etsy.
What are your recommendations for printing?
Here are three different ways you can print your art templates:
1. Upload to a professional printing service online. We like GotPrint or Vistaprint.
2. Go to your local copy store (be sure to bring the files on a USB drive). Examples include Staples, CVS, Fedex Office and Office Depot.
3. Use a home printer. Please note color outcome/quality may vary.
In terms of paper, we recommend using a heavyweight matte paper or premium cardstock.
Help! I used Apple Pay and can't find my download.
If you used Apple Pay or logged in through an Apple ID, you may have chosen the option "Hide My Email" when first creating your account. This means Etsy will have emailed the download information to a randomly generated email and not your own.
If you cannot locate your order by clicking here using a computer (not the mobile app): www.etsy.com/your/purchases, please reach out to us via Etsy messages.
Do you offer custom templates?
At the moment we do offer a few templates that are made-to-order. These templates allow a buyer to customize by providing us with the information required. We will edit the template for you and send it to you within 24-72 hours.
If you are looking for us to fully create a template for you, please reach out to us via Etsy messaging.
Are your templates for commercial use?
StudioSKD templates are ONLY authorized for personal use. It is prohibited to modify, use commercially, mass reproduce, and/or resell these templates digitally or in print without explicit permission. StudioSKD is not a public domain source.
