4/15/24-We are still having some USPS delays in the TX area-please be patient.
3/12/24-We are still having a major delay with packages to TX-please keep this in mind when ordering. There is a delay in the Houston TX USPS hub.
2/1/24 NOTICE OF USPS DELAYS IN DELIVERY-We are still noticing a big delay in deliveries to specific areas of the US. It seems to be limited to the lower East Coast, Mid-West and South(TX). The Houston Hub is extremely slow in TX deliveries. Please be patient as there is nothing I can do on my end as far as the delays are concerned. Please refer to your tracking number which is sent to you once I ship it.

**ABOUT OUR PRODUCTS
My sea glass jewelry and accessories are created with genuine sea glass from all over the world. I have hand picked pieces from USA,, PR, Bermuda, Spain, Australia, Italy, England, Ireland and more!
We also offer products using recycled glass and that will be noted in the listing.

Our Bogg charms are printed slower and thicker than most of them out there! Printing them thicker gives a better "infill" meaning the entire bit is solid and does not have void space inside of them. We tell you this because we hear a lot of complaints from buyers about previous Bogg charm purchases from other shops that have snapped off, warped or just don't fit at all.
We also offer our charm with both button bits on the back and screw backs for those who want to use these on off-brand Rubber Bags with holes. Screw backs are also great for those who want a super, secure fit on their genuine Bogg Bags.

***PROCESSING & SHIPPING INFORMATION-VERY IMPORTANT!
PROCESSING-My standard processing time for most items is 3-5 business days(subject to change) before shipping. If possible I will ship sooner. Most of my items are made to order.
If you absolutely need something quickly you can purchase the Priority Ship which will bump you to priority processing and shipping. Note that during super busy times we may not offer the priority ship listing. We offer a limited number of these at a time so if it is not available, it has sold out until we catch up.

SHIPPING-We ship via USPS 1st Class. You can track your order from your order number-please do not message me asking when your order will ship.
Once your order has shipped it is in the hands of USPS-I cannot guarantee an actual delivery date.
Note: When you place your order, ETSY will give you an ESTIMATED delivery date.

MISSING & DAMAGED PACKAGES-We will not refund or replace any order that is marked delivered by USPS. You will need to follow up with the tracking with your local PO. We can't be responsible for miss-delivered or stolen packages.
Items that get scanned in by USPS but for some reason stop tracking/missing in transit, we will refund you or replace the order if possible once USPS has declared on their site tracking that it is "LOST in transit". This can take up to 60 days for them to declare it missing. No exceptions. You can file an insurance claim for the missing package with USPS as these are shipped Ground Advantage.
If the item is damaged you will need to file an insurance claim with USPS. We package our items very well for shipping and will not replace any item that arrives damaged. Please make sure that you hold onto all your packaging as USPS will require lots of photos.

CHECK YOUR SHIPPING ADDRESS: AS A BUYER you are responsible for verifying the address entered or have on file BEFORE you hit the purchase button! My studio will ship to the exact name and address listed on the order-double check your info. Make sure you have a first and last name on the order-don't put any silly little flowers, smiley face etc as this just will become a question mark on the shipping label! If you package is returned for insufficient address or non-deliverable as addressed, moved etc, the buyer will be responsible for the re-shipping charge. We will not refund the buyer for packages that are returned to us. No exceptions.

CHANGE OF ADDRESS-If you want to make a change to your address, you MUST notify me within 24 hours of placing the order-before the order enters our system for processing.
THERE IS NO EXCEPTION TO THIS RULE!
We will NOT make any address changes after that time. We take in more than 1,400 orders a week on multiple platforms and can not pull order slips to make address changes once the order slip is printed and has entered into processing.
We do not ship through Etsy however you can track your order as the tracking number will be uploaded automatically.

****PLACING AN ORDER
You need to place all your items in your cart and check out in one transaction to prevent being charged a full shipping fee on each order. We will not refund! Again, I don't have the time or manpower to go back to the orders and calculate a shipping refund. If you place multiple orders and they have the same or close to shipping date, expect them to ship in one package.

****Additional Information.....
I do not accept cancellations-this is also noted at the bottom of every listing. Once you place the order, the order slip is printed by my studio and placed in queue for printing or the department pertaining to the item purchased.
Can you accidentally place an order? NO! It is a multi step process. Make sure if you have items in your cart from different shops that you are only purchasing from the ones you want!

We do have a filament color chart on many of our listings. Due to the limited photos we can put on each listing...some listings don't have these color charts.

I strive for 100% customer satisfaction. I have been a STAR SELLER consistently every month. If you are not happy, please contact me before leaving a review, but again, I do not accept returns unless it was an issue on my part and we will pay return shipping and/or replace.

Please also note that if you leave a 3 star review or less on a purchase(especially with no explanation when using the app) we reserve the right to cancel any future purchases you make from our shop and could be blocked.
